Carolyn Rae is a movement professional, dancer, yoga teacher and mindfulness leader in the community. Yoga became a saving grace in 2010 for her as she was in need of physical healing, but did not realize the multiple benefits this had not only on the body but on the mind and spirit. The path of yoga became one of high relevance and she knew that becoming a yoga teacher to help others on their healing journey's was a true calling. Carolyn specializes in making yoga accessible for everyone and every BODY! She received her 200 hour from Breathe For Change in 2017 and has been teaching since. She works in various studios and with private clients as well.
